Sending compliments
Can I send more than one compliment?+
Absolutely. If more than one person deserves a smile today, send them all. We make this ridiculously easy.
What does “comp” a compliment mean?+
In hospitality, to “comp” something means it’s on the house. At Complimenting Club, you do the comping: treat someone to a little love, sass or sunshine, and they receive the compliment for free.
Do I write the compliment or do you?+
Either. Pick from our library of compliments by mood, including Classic, BroJuice, Hex Mail, Country Compliments and Corporate Condolences, or add a personal note at checkout.
Can I gift a subscription?+
Yes. Send someone a monthly or annual membership and keep the compliments coming for 30 or 365 days. You can leave a clue or message, and membership options may renew automatically until canceled.
How much does it cost?+
It costs $2 to make someone’s day with a single compliment. Monthly Club, seasonal drops and optional add-ons are available too.

Straight to their inbox. Your message, their gift card, instant little day-maker. No shipping. No awkward speech. Just serotonin.
How much does it cost?+
Choose your gift card amount, then add $4 for the Moment. Nice words + something useful. Done.

Will they know it’s from me?+
Your call. Send it anonymously or sign your name during checkout. Take the credit or preserve the intrigue.
Can I leave my number or a message?+
Yes. Add a personal note, your number or a longer message at checkout for $2. Think of it as context, a clue, or extremely affordable rejection insurance.

Delivery & Fixes
When will they get it?+
Solo compliments are delivered after purchase. Monthly Club compliments begin at 6 a.m. EST the following day. Gift subscriptions can include a delayed start when available.
What if I want to stop getting compliments?+
You monster. Kidding. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, so you can opt out whenever you like.
What if my compliment doesn’t send?+
Check your receipt for an email typo first. If everything looks right, contact us at hello@complimentingclub.com. Technology happens. Mercury may be in retrograde. We’ll sort it out.
